Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging if it was damaged during shipping

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, size, color, or design due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Size Ordered

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size is selected at checkout.

Please use the size chart provided on each product page to help select the best size before ordering.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or changes will be possible once production has started.

Final Sale

All made-to-order items are considered final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
